Financially the shed survives on voluntary donations in payment for any projects that it completes, with most of these donations being less than $40.00. To keep our costs to a minimum the shed uses mostly recycled timber which is donated by members of the public, builders and other businesses. The shed also uses donated tools. We have EFTPOS but do not accept Credit Cards We support the "Brain Damaged Children Trust" which is a wonderful organisation helping children. We highly recommend them to you. We proudly make timber mobility aids for them at no cost. We also assist a women’s group called Aotearoa DIY to use our facilities during Monday and Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
